These pictures actually brought me tears of joy instead of the tears I usually cry over pit bulls. It was heartwarming to see them with happy and contented looks on their faces for a change!!! After doing pit bull rescue for many years unfortunately I see quite the opposite all too often. The eyes are truly the windows to the soul and too many of them only show pain, suffering and neglect these days. Open your eyes people.

Pit bulls are very sensitive souls and love deeply. Unfortunately they have been bred to fight, and they do have to be trained (look at the Dog Whisperer’s pit bulls!) to behave around other dogs. We have had two loving female pit bulls and when each died, it was a wrenching family loss. Right now we have a pit bull/German shepherd mix named Girl, and she is our angel dog. She was a stray, and it’s as if she was sent to heal the loss of all the dogs and cats we’ve ever loved. She is obedient, loving, funny, sensitive, wonderful!

racial profiling is wrong with humans and dogs. pits are the best loving dogs, Don’t judge the breed.
